Le Cute Runway 2009
First International Fashion Show by Maldivians, Le Cute Runway 2009 was showcased at theroof top Ballroom of the Taj Samudra Hotel recently. Maldivian Islands brought the work of four designers Shampi, Shabna, Yumna and Faana, to showcase the fashion show. Bianca Pahathkumbura, Nadeeka Perera, Rozelle Plunkett, Dannielle Kerkoven, Amila Karunanayake and Hemal Sachindra Ranasinghe modelled for the show.
Watching the first segment of the show which was a competition to pick the best of the four was a fantasy section 70’s Mens Wear, followed by traditional Wear leading on to Stunning 60’s wear from Future Wear and Royal Wear.
